摘　　要：随着上海国际化大都市建设进程的加快,来沪境外人员逐年增多。上海公安机关出入境管理部门要认真研究境外人员管理工作面临的新情况、新问题,完善境外人员管理工作机制,以实现对在沪境外人员的有效管理和优质服务,确保世博会期间上海的社会治安稳定。With the accelerated construction process of Shanghai, an international metropolis, the number of for- eigners coining to Shanghai has increased year by year. The Exit - Entry Administration Department of Shanghai Public Security Bureau should carefully study the new situations and problems of aliens＇administration and improve the working mechanisms to realize effective management and provide high - quality service so as to ensure the social order and stability of Shanghai during Expo.
