摘　　要：以黄颡鱼Pelteobagrus fulvidraco幼鱼鱼鳍为组织来源,采用组织块培养法,对其短期培养及染色体制片所需的消毒方法、培养基、培养温度、秋水仙素浓度和低渗处理时间等条件进行了探索,初步建立了以鳍组织培养法提供材料制作黄颡鱼染色体标本的方法。A short-term tissue culture of fins in juvenile catfish Pelteobagrus fulvidraco was carried out by explant technique.Conditions of cell cultivation including disinfection method,culture medium,culturing temperature,content of colchicine and permeating time and chromosome preparation were studied to provide for easy operation,fast proliferation,and high-quality materials with related researches in a certain period of time.A set of fairly systemic experimental method to manufacture chromosomes of yellow catfish was established by fin tissue culture.
