高校数字图书馆资源建设的理性反思——访问堪萨斯州立大学图书馆有感

摘　　要：以美国堪萨斯州立大学图书馆的军事历史资源建设与该校历史系的军事历史学科发展的互动关系为例,分析高校数字图书馆资源建设直接为本校教学科研服务的必要性,强调数字图书馆特色资源库建设与本校重点优势学科和本馆特色物理馆藏三者协调发展。By illustrating the interaction between the collection of military history resources of the Library and the development of military history study of the History Department at Kansas State University,this paper demonstrates the necessity of information resource construction directly serving the teaching and scientific research at the university.It stresses that the construction of specific electronic database of the digital library and the development of the outstanding disciplines of the university and the distinctive physical collection of the library should be well coordinated.
