摘　　要：本文通过对中医＂下法＂在黄疸治疗中应用、＂下法＂所用中药的现代药理学探讨以及胆红素肠-肝循环的论述,阐明祖国医学治疗黄疸,应用＂下法＂实质就是现代医学促进胆红素经胆道排泄、阻断粪胆元的重吸收,减少粪胆元的再利用,促进胆红素、尿胆元经尿液排泄,从而达到降低胆红素的目的.中医＂下法＂在黄疸中的应用,体现了胆红素的肠-肝循环机理,胆红素的肠-肝循环为黄疸应用＂下法＂治疗的作用机理提供了现代医学理论基础.This text discusses application of purgation in treating jaundice, pharmacology of purgation in TCM and bilirubin bowel-hepatic circulation to interpret the mechanism of bowel-hepatic circulation. Bowel-hepatic circulation of bilirubinic provids rationale of purgation utilize in treating jaundice. Bowel-hepatic circulation provides a theoretical foundation for modern medicine for the effect of treating jaundice by Purgation
