摘　　要：催产素有加强子宫收缩的作用,在产程中经常应用到它,如使用得当,可使产程顺利进展 反之,可危及母儿的生命.回顾和总结我院多年来用静脉滴注催产素来处理产程的护理经验得出：准确调节滴速,使宫缩维持在正常有效的范围内,及时发现异常情况,及时处理,是促进产程进展,保障母婴安全的关键.Oxytocin have the effect of strengthen the uterine contraction, often applied to its in the production process. To sumariz -e the nursing experience for oxytocin infusion delivery process has always been handled： Accurately adjust the drip rate, the contraction to maintain an effective range in the normal, to detect anomalies, timely treatment, is to promote the progress of labor.
