摘　　要：在中国城市能源消费与碳排放现状的基础上,分析青岛市国民经济各部门、工业高耗能行业、七区五市、出口贸易等方面的碳排放情况,明确青岛城市碳足迹分布格局,对青岛市经济增长和碳排放进行实证分析,通过情景分析得到碳排放在多种情景下的预测值,得出在"十二五"期间碳排放量仍呈现上涨趋势,不会出现拐点,在加大节能减排力度的同时应该注重减排措施的可持续性。青岛市低碳城市建设应采取加强低碳城市规划的编制和实施等措施。Based on China’s urban energy consumption and carbon emission,this paper analyzes the carbon emission in Qingdao,which concerns government sectors of national economy,energy-intensive industries,Qingdao’s seven districts and five counties,and departments of exports trade.Through empirical study of the economical growth and carbon emission in Qingdao,we reveal the distribution pattern of carbon footprint in Qingdao.The predictive value of carbon emissions in variety scenarios shows that the trend of carbon emission will still be raising and no turning point in ＂Twelfth Five-Year＂ period.We should continue to strengthen energy conservation efforts and focus on the sustainability of emission reduction measures.To make Qingdao a low-carbon city,the compilation and execution of low-carbon urban plans is indispensable.
