摘　　要：从法治的角度观察,群体性事件处置的各种策略措施归根结底都是从利益诉求、方式途径和参与者三个要素入手。这三个要素合法性判断的纠结反映了处置过程的复杂,也就体现了现行法律制度存在的困境。研究其本质、特征可以很好弥补政府在应对中的空白,正确引导社会各群体利益的表达,防止激烈而非理性的对抗。From the perspective of rule by law, various measures to dispose of group events are directed at interests appeal, way and participator. The fact that it is difficult to determine the legality of the three factors reflects the complexity of the disposal, and reflects the current plight of the legal system as well. Studying the essence and characteristics can well make up for gaps in the disposal.
