摘 要:新疆某磁铁矿铁矿物嵌布粒度微细,磁选铁精矿品位难以达到60%,对其进行了选矿试验研究。试验结果表明:采用单一磁选工艺,即使将矿石细磨至-0.048mm90%,也不能使精矿铁品位达到60%以上。而采用弱磁选-磁选柱工艺,在最终磨矿细度为-0.038mm95%时,磁选柱精矿品位可以达到60%以上,磁选柱作业回收率87.56%,选矿指标相对较优。An magnetite mine in Xinjiang province embed in micro-fine size,magnetic iron ore difficult to achieve 60% of the grade of its ore-dressing,pilot study is carried out.The results showed that: even if the ore fine grinding to-0.048mm 90%,concentrate iron grade of 60% can not obtain by a single magnetic separation.But the use of a weak magnetic separation-magnetic separation column technology,in the final grinding fineness of-0.038 mm 95%,the grade of magnetic column concentrate can be achieved more than 60% over and recovery rate of 87.56% with magnetic column operation.Processing target is good.
