摘　　要：利用有限元分析软件ANSYS/LS-DYNA,对热轧热弯轧制新型中梁型钢进行了有限元模拟。详细介绍了有限元模型建立,模拟基本参数,网格的划分。在模拟过程中应用质量放缩,沙漏控制技术,得到了各道次轧件变形结果及应力应变场,对轧件的变形和变形区应力、应变场进行了深入分析。为轧制理论的深入研究提供了一个非常有效的工具。The hot rolled simulation of new center sill has been conducted by finite element method with software ANSYS/LSDYNA.The rolling regulations,the determination of element dypes and the meshing in this simulation were introduced in details.The mass scaling method and hourglassing technology were applied during the simulations.The deformed results and stress and strain fields of each pass were attained.It provides effective tool for the research in rolling theory.
