摘　　要：目的与方法：介绍了一种应用国产ＤＹＹ－Ⅲ小型电泳槽进行脲梯度电泳的方法。结果与结论：该法操作简便，普适性好，能获得好的样品迁移图谱。可用于蛋白质变性／复性的研究及原核基因工程产品复性工艺的探索。Objective and methods: To pressnt a simple procedure for performing urea gradient gel electrophoresis by using DYY Ⅲ mini electrophoresis cell made in China. Results and conclusion: This procedure is easy to perform and suitable for different conditions. Good sample migrating picture can be obtained with it. This method can be used in research on protein unfolding/refolding and seeking for refolding protocol of recombinant proteins expressed in bacteria.
