摘　　要：针对近年来图书馆电子资源在专科学校的利用过程中出现的检索界面复杂、整合水平低、读者信息素养较差和使用习惯等问题进行分析，结合西安电力高等专科学校图书馆在电于资源服务中所推出的各项举措及今后的设想，着重强调在制度、服务和技术上入手，强化以读者为中心、以创新为手段、以信息服务定位图书馆在整个学校科研环境中的地位。在实践中总结出了一套行之有效的高效利用图书馆电子资源的途径，建立了电子资源高效服务于教学、培训、科研的新模式。We analyze the problems existed in the process of utilizing electronic resources in our library such as poor conformity ＆ reader＇s info level and practice etc. We are focusing on improving and adopting the new ideas and methods of management and service for readers and info service in our digital library . We have concluded an efficient way on how to use it, based on it we have so far set up a new digital resources pattern for our education, training and Scientific research.
