摘 要:短路融冰一般采用预先制定的融冰预案。融冰预案的制定原则直接影响融冰方案的效能。结合在2008年冰灾中某电力局既有融冰预案制定原则暴露出来的缺陷,重新制定了融冰原则,并根据新原则制订了融冰预案。对根据新旧原则制订预案的分析表明,根据新原则制定的预案在融冰时间、形成融冰路径准备时间及融冰消耗等方面均具有突出的优势。Since the short circuit based de-icing requires cumbersome and tricky operations,some lines are taken out of service,pre-planned short circuit schemes are usually adopted in order to prevent mis-operation.The principle to draft de-icing scheme has notable impact upon performance of de-icing schemes.The principle to draft de-icing scheme in a power grid was established in 1970s.In 2008,a destructive ice storm smashing the power grid exposed shortcomings of the principle.Based on thorough investigation on exposed defects,new principle is developed in this paper.Comparative study shows that the de-icing schemes established with revised principle outperform those established with traditional principle in power and electricity consumption,time consumption,and flexibility.
