摘　　要：目的:探讨下肢深静脉血栓形成行腔静脉滤器置入术患者围术期护理方法。方法:对46例下肢深静脉血栓形成患者行腔静脉滤器置入术,并给予精心围术期护理。结果:本组患者均成功置入腔静脉滤器,随访6～24个月,复查下肢静脉彩色多普勒超声,36例静脉血栓完全消失,10例静脉血栓部分再通,静脉壁有附壁血栓,所有患者均未发生肺栓塞等不良反应。结论:下肢深静脉血栓形成患者行腔静脉滤器置入术,并给予精心围术期护理,可有效预防肺栓塞发生。Objective： To explore the perioperative nursing methods in the treatment of deep venous thrombosis in the lower extremity by applying inferior vena cava filter placement.Methods： Inferior vena cava filter placement was applied to 46 patients with deep venous thrombosis in the lower extremity and the patients were given careful perioperative nursing care.Results： All patients were successfully implanted vena cava filter.After following up for 6 to 24 months,the reexamination of Doppler ultrasonography showed venous thrombosis completely disappeared in 36 patients and partial recanalization in 10 patients.No pulmonary embolism and other adverse reactions occurred in any patients.Conclusion： Inferior vena cava filter placement combined with careful perioperative nursing care can effectively prevent pulmonary embolism in the treatment of deep venous thrombosis in the lower extremity.
