摘　　要：简介了土耳其阿克萨(AKSA)公司及其生产的"阿克萨卡"(AKSACA)碳纤维,着重分析了阿克萨公司的碳纤维发展战略:开发生产低成本碳纤维,发挥原丝生产的强大优势,把产品性能和应用正确定位在通用类和一般工业,以及确定12 k和24 k碳纤维作为主打产品等,并得出对发展我国碳纤维的重要启示:大力发展碳纤维低成本制备技术,化优为力,化弱为强,力争在弱势下取胜,以及明确产品和用户定位等。In this paper the AKSACA Carbon Fiber produced by AKSA in Turkey,was briefly introduced.The strategy of developing carbon fiber in AKSA was analyzed emphatically,including developing producing low cost carbon fiber,carrying powerful advantages of precursor production forward,attaching properties and applica-tion of its products to a correct orientation – common use general industry and determining 12 k 24 k carbon fiber as primary product etc.Some enlightenments regarding developing carbon fiber in China were obtained,they are： vigorously developing manufacturing technology for low cost carbon fiber,transforming advantages into real-ity and weakness into being strong,fighting for victory at weak conditions as well as making clear about orientat-ing products and end users.
