摘　　要：简介了1975年在北京召开的第一次全国碳纤维会("7511"会)的概况,包括会议召开的背景,1975年我国碳纤维研究发展概况,"7511"会的目标与采取的措施。强调了"7511"会值得总结的经验。提出"7511"会对进一步发展我国碳纤维的启示。它们是:制订我国新的全国碳纤维发展规划和计划;安排一批新的碳纤维研究项目;强调碳纤维研发中的创新性;协同规划安排碳纤维的应用研究;加强碳纤维的基础研究。The 1st National Carbon Fiber Conference-＂7511＂Conference to be held in 1975 in Beijing was briefly introduced,including the background for convening the conference,research and development situation of carbon fiber in 1975 in China,the aim of ＂7511＂ Conference and the measures to be taken.The ＂7511＂ conference experience which is worth to summarize is emphasized.The enlightenment of ＂7511＂ conference for further developing carbon fiber in China was put forward.They are：Working out New National Carbon Fiber Developing Program and Plan in China;Arranging some new carbon fiber research projects;Emphasizing to bring forth new ideas in carbon fiber research and development works and Strengthening basic research for carbon fiber.
