摘  要:根据传热学理论,结合桥丝式电火工品传热特点,建立了以径向热损失速率为主要参数指标的桥丝式电火工品传热模型,并对模型方程进行了求解。结合瞬态脉冲试验对传热模型进行研究,发现径向热损失速率随时间和温升发生规律性的变化,径向热损失速率能够反映出电火工品桥丝药剂界面的接触状况。According to the heat conduction theory and combining the heat transfer characters of electric explosive device, the heat transfer model of electric explosive device whose main parameter is radial heat loss velocity was built in this paper, and the model equations were carried on numerical solution. Combining the results of transient pulse test, it is found that the radial heat loss velocity can reflect the change law of bridgewire temperature rise, and radial heat loss velocity can be regarded as the index to study the contact situation of bridgewire and ignition powder.
