摘 要:在半连续化超临界水氧化装置中进行超临界水氧化六硝基茋生产废水实验。用正交实验考察反应温度、时间和压力等影响因素,确定最佳工艺条件;同时观察反应釜的腐蚀区域并测试出水及排盐的pH值。实验结果表明:在氧气1.8MPa(过量)的情况下,COD的去除率随着温度、压力的提高而提高,最佳工艺条件为反应温度560℃、压力27MPa、停留时间30s,其COD的去除率为99%以上;反应釜的腐蚀区域主要在顶部和底部;超临界水氧化技术的实质是酸和碱复原出来的过程。The treatment ofHNS wastewater in the SCWO device has been carried out. Using the orthogonal experiment, the reaction temperature, residence time and pressure factors have been studied to determine the optimum conditions. At the same time, the corrosion area of the reactor was observed and the pH value of salt and water was tested. The results showed that in the case of excess oxygen ( 1.SMPa ) , COD removal rate increased with the temperature and pressure. The best reaction condition is temperature of 560℃, pressure of 27MPa, residence time of 30s. Its COD removal rate is above 99%. Reactor corrosion mainly occurred in the region of the top and bottom of device, and SCWO technology's essence is the reduction of acids and bases.
