摘　　要：建立了一类内生经济增长模型，将耗竭性资源纳入生产函数。In this paper, a simple endogenous growth model with exhaustible resources use was established. Under the conditions of economic sustainable development and the sustainable use of exhaustible resources, we obtain the balanced growth rates.
