摘 要:常温下使用超声波/超重力-臭氧法对DNT废水进行处理,考察了超重力因子β、初始pH值、液气比(L/G)、臭氧浓度以及处理时间等因素对硝基化合物和COD去除率的影响。实验结果表明:该技术对DNT废水的处理效果较好,在最佳工艺条件β=130,pH=12,L/G=2,臭氧浓度为40mg/L时,处理5h后,硝基化合物和COD去除率分别达到94.28%、86.5%。A new method of treating DNT wastewater is proposed which is ultrasonic intensification of ozone in a rotating packed bed .The influence factors of this new method, such as high gravity factor β, pH, ratio of liquid to gas ( L/G ) , ozone concentration and reactive time, have been studied. The result indicated that the new method performed well in treatment of DNT wastewater, the best operation parameters are β of 130, pH of 12, L/G=2, ozone concentration of 40mg/L. After five hours, the nitro compounds removal rate and COD removal rate reach 94.28% and 86.5% under the optimum operation condition respectively.
