摘　　要：以精密检测电路为核心单元,采用PC机、研华PCL-818HG采集卡、PCI-1762继电器输出卡及信号调理板,构成功能完备的火工品电阻测试系统。利用LabWindows/CVI虚拟仪器编程语言,构造了PC机虚拟操作面板,可完成多型火工品的桥丝电阻及绝缘电阻测量,其检测精度、重复性及安全性均满足设计要求,取得了良好的使用效果。With precise detection circuit as the core unit, using PC, Advantech PCL-818HG capture card, PCI-1762 relay output cards and signal conditioning board, a fully functional resistance test system of initiating explosive device was constituted. With Lab Windows / CVI inslrument programming language, virtual operator panel of PC was constructed. The test system can complete measurement of bridge wire resistance and insulation resistance of various types of initiating explosive device, its detection accuracy, repeatability and safety can meet the design requirements, and achieve good effect.
