摘  要:AF1410超高强度钢是具有难加工特性的新型结构材料,通过设计正交实验,研究涂层硬质合金刀具切削AF1410超高强度钢的切削力和刀具寿命,分析达到磨钝标准的硬质合金刀具前、后刃面的磨损形貌,以及刀具磨损机理。结果表明,刀具寿命随铣削深度和铣削速度增大而线性减小,随着每齿进给量和铣削宽度增加,刀具寿命下降趋势逐渐放缓甚至略有增加。刀具磨损分为3个阶段:磨合阶段—稳定磨损期—快速磨损阶段,在快速磨损阶段刀具磨损迅速增加,直到刀具失效。前、后刃面均发生刀具材料的严重剥离,同时粘结大量AF1410钢屑。刀具涂层失效的主要机理为磨粒磨损,刀具基体主要失效机理为扩散磨损和粘结磨损。AF1410 ultrahigh strength steel is a new kind of structure materials with difficult machining property.The cutting force and service life of coated cemented carbide tool machining AF1410 steel were studied by orthogonal experiment in the present paper.The wear figures of the rake and flank faces and the tool wear mechanisms were studied.The results show the cutlery life decreases rapidly with the increase of the cutting depth and cutting speed.But with the increase of the feeding speed and width of cutting,the decreasing trend of the tool life is slow down and even become increase.There are three stages in tool wearing process: running-in,stable wearing,and fast wearing.The tool wear rate in the fast wearing stage is very fast,which will cause the tool worn rapidly.The cutlery materials on the rake and flank faces flake seriously and lots of AF1410 steel debris adhere on the faces.Abrasive wear is the main failure mechanism of the tool coating.Further more,diffusion wear and adhesive wear are the main failure mechanisms of the tool body.
