达立通颗粒对急性弥漫性腹膜炎术后胃肠功能恢复的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察达立通颗粒对急性弥漫性腹膜炎病人手术后胃肠功能恢复的影响。方法:将106例急性弥漫性腹膜炎病人手术患者随机分为2组,治疗组54例、对照组52例。治疗组术后在抗感染、止血、补液治疗的基础上配合口服或从胃管注入达立通颗粒。对照组术后只行抗感染、止血、补液等常规治疗。结果:治疗组术后肠鸣音恢复时间、肛门排气时间、肛门排便时间明显短于对照组,治疗组术后切口感染、腹腔感染、肠粘连等并发症也明显低于对照组,两组比较差别有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:达立通颗粒能够加速急性弥漫性腹膜炎手术后胃肠功能的恢复,从而减少并发症的发生。Objective To assess the effect of Dalitong Granule in the treatment of the acute diffused peritonitis. Methods The clinical date of 106（54 eases were included in treatment group,and 52 were included in control group ） patients with acute diffused peritonitis in our hospital form 2007 to 2010 were analyzed.Results There was signiificant difference between the two group in the recovery of bowel sounds .aerofluxus and defecation.incision infectio.abdonainal infection and intisnal obstuction （P〈0.05）.Conelusion Dalltong Granule has the advantage of promoting the recovery of the gastrointestinal function in postoperation of acute diffused peritonitis.
