保济丸抗菌作用的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:研究保济丸的体内和体外抗菌效果。方法:以大肠杆菌感染小鼠来判定其体内抗菌效果;测定保济丸的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)。结果:体内抗菌实验结果显示,保济丸对大肠杆菌引起的小鼠腹腔感染死亡有明显的保护作用;体外抗菌试验结果显示保济丸对4种常见致病菌有较强的抑菌作用。结论:保济丸有一定的抗菌作用。Objective：：To study the antibacterial effects of ＂Baoji Pill＂ in vitro and in vivo. Methods：Determine the antibacterial effects of ＂Baoji Pill＂ in vivo through the experiment of Mice infected by E. Coli solution and ＂Baoji Pill＂ minimum inhibitory concentration （MIC） in vivo. Results ：Antibacterial experimental results in vivo show that ＂Baoji Pill＂ has a obvious protective effects on E. coli-indueed death of mouse peritoneal infection and antibacterial experimental results in vivo show that ＂Baoji Pill＂has a very strong antibacterial activity. Conclusion： ＂Baoji Pill＂ has the antibacterial effects.
