人力资本因素对农村劳动力流动影响的经济学分析——基于2000-2008年东部和西部地区面板数据

摘　　要：本文从宏观的视角结合城市、农村两个劳动力市场,阐释人力资本因素对农村劳动力流动的影响,结果表明农村劳动力加大教育投资,提高他们的人力资本,对他们进城之后的工资水平有提升作用。作者收集了2000-2008年东西部的面板数据分析人力资本投资对农村劳动力流动的影响差异,发现在东部人力资本投资的作用更大,这主要是由于西部的基础教育远远落后于东部。From a macro-perspective this essay explains how human capital acts on the rural labor transfer in urban and rural labor markets.The results show that if the rural laborers increase investment on education to improve their human capital,their wages will rise after they get into the urban market.The author collected the panel data of the Eastern and Western investment in human capital from 2000-2008 to analyze the differences and found that the human capital has bigger influence on the transfer of rural labor in the Eastern Area than the Western Area due mainly to the basic education of the west laging far behind the east.
