摘 要:【目的】收集荷斯坦奶牛生产性能资料,了解最高日产和早期泌乳性状与305 d产奶量的关系。【方法】利用天山畜牧生物工程股份有限公司奶牛场2004-2009年泌乳奶牛生产性能资料进行了最高日产和早期泌乳性状与305 d产奶量的相关分析。【结果】最高日产和早期泌乳性状与305 d产奶量均呈强正相关,且相关系数极显著(P〈0.01);最高日产与305 d产奶量的相关系数最高,确定最高日产对305 d产奶量的回归方程为预测305 d产奶量的最优回归方程,方程式Y=1 521.1+177.2X。【结论】用最高日产奶量预测305 d产奶量较实测305 d产奶量提前200 d左右,为牛场早期选育提供理论依据。【Objective】In order to understand the relationship between the highest daily production and early lactation milk traits and 305 days milk yield.【Method】The production data of 2004-2009 for correlation analysis were collected from Tianshan Animal Husbandry Biological-Engineering Co.Ltd farm of Holstein cattle.【Result】The results showed that there were positive correlation between daily peak production,early period milk traits and 305 days milk yield and the correlation coefficients were highly significant(P0.01).The correlation coefficient of peak production and 305 days milk yield was the highest,the best regression equation was Y=1 521.1+177.2 X of the peak production and 305 days milk yield.【Conclusion】Forecasting 305 days milk yield by the peak production was 200 days earlier than real 305 days milk yield,which can be applied for the early selection and breeding of dairy cattle.
