摘  要:以赤桉优株的带芽茎段为外植体进行组织培养技术研究,成功建立了赤桉组培快繁体系。研究结果表明:改良MS是赤桉腋芽增殖启动培养的适宜培养基,启动率为77.3%。改良MS+6-BA1.5mg·L-1+NAA0.1mg·L-1是赤桉继代增殖培养的适宜培养基,20d后增殖系数可达4.17,平均芽长2.9cm。改良1/2MS+IBA1.0mg·L-1+NAA0.5mg·L-1是赤桉生根培养的最适培养基,生根率达99.5%。3000~6000lux是赤桉增殖的最适光照强度,1500~3000lux是其生根的最适光照强度。Sections of stems with buds from superior plant as explants,the tissue culture technique of Eucalyptus camaldulensis were studied,and the rapid propagation system was established successfully through tissue culture. The results showed that modified MS was the optimal culture medium for startup culture; the startup rate was 77.3 %. Modified MS + 6-BA 1.5 mg·L-1 + NAA 0.1 mg·L-1 was the suitable culture medium for multiplication of axillary bud. The propagation coefficient was 4.17 after 20 days,the mean length of buds was 2.9 cm. The best medium for rooting was modified 1/2 MS + IBA 1.0 mg·L-1 + NAA 0.5 mg·L-1,the rooting rate was 99.5%.3000~6000 lux was the suitable culture illumination for multiplication; 1500~3000 lux was the best culture illumination for rooting.
