摘 要:通过对初选的3种轻型基质进一步筛选试验、轻型基质网袋与塑料薄膜袋培育组培苗的根量对比试验及在相同轻型基质条件下不同无性系使用网袋苗移栽成活率及根量对比试验研究中发现:桉树轻型基质网袋培育组培苗最佳的轻型基质为3号(泥炭:椰糠:炭化稻壳=2.5:2.5:5),且网袋育苗根量显著高于常规塑料薄膜袋苗。只要加强移栽后的光照、水分、施肥、病虫害防治等管理措施,桉树轻型基质网袋育苗技术已完全达到大规模生产的技术要求。与常规硬塑料杯苗和塑料薄膜袋苗对比,桉树轻型基质网袋组培苗更具有根系发达,有良好的空气修根作用、侧根须根多、无缓苗期、存苗时间长、有利于改良土壤、降低苗木运输及造林成本、提高造林成活率和增强抗风性等优点,值得大力推广。The select tests on 3 primary light mediums were further carried out. Root amount of tissue culture seedlings contained by net-bag was compared with that of by plastic bags,and transplanting survival rate and root amount of net-bag seedlings from different clones with the same light medium were studied. The results showed that the best light medium for net-bag seedling by tissue culture was No.3(peat:coconut husk: carbonized rice husk=2.5:2.5:5) and the root amount of net-bag seedlings was significantly more than that of plastic bag seedlings. Combined with rational management practices,such as sunshine,moisture,fertilizing and pest control,light medium and net-bag propagation technique of Eucalyptus tissue culture seedling has absolutely been in line with the technical standard of large-scale production. Compared with usual hard plastic cup seedlings or plastic bag seedlings,the light medium and net-bag seedling had good characteristics such as developed root system,good air-repair function,a large amount of lateral roots and fibrous roots,short rejuvenation period and long seedling stage for selling,which could improve soil property,reduce transportation and silviculture costs,increase survival rate and strengthen wind-resistance of stands,so it was worthy to be widely generalized.
