我国鲫鱼研究进展

摘　　要：鲫鱼是我国分布广泛的常见经济鱼类，在我国各地广泛养殖，养殖效益较好。其营养价值高、味道鲜美，从而广受消费者喜爱。研究发现鲫鱼是进化上的四倍体，具有基因组加倍和生殖方式多样（可进行雌核发育生殖和正常的两性生殖）等特点，而逐渐成为研究进化遗传学和发育遗传学的独特研究对象受到研究人员日益重视。同时，我国研究人员开展了一系列的鲫鱼育种研究，取得了较好的成果，开发了一系列的鲫鱼新品种，不但丰富了我国现有的鲫鱼资源，而且产生了巨大的经济效益和社会效益。As one of the major farmed fish species in China, crucian carp （Carassius） has been subjected to concen- trated breeding efforts and has obtained high yield. It is a popular food fish species in China because of its nutrition and good tasty. Crucian carp was indicated as tetraploid forms in evolution history. It possessed genome duplication and dual reproductive patterns （nature gynogenesis and normal bisexual reproduction） . So it was a good material in evolutionary geneties and developmental genetics researches and obtained more and more attention. Meanwhile, the researchers carried out a series of breeding applications in crucian carp and obtained some new varieties which ecriched the crucian carp resourses and gained abundant economic returns and social effects.
