摘 要:目的制定抗菌洗洁浓缩液的质量标准。方法采用薄层色谱法鉴别石菖蒲、苦参、艾叶;高效液相色谱法测定苦参碱的含量,色谱柱:Lichrospher NH2柱(200 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈-0.02 mol.L-1磷酸二氢钠(80∶20);检测波长:220 nm;流速:1.0 mL.min-1;柱温:30℃。结果薄层斑点清晰,阴性样品无干扰,苦参碱含量测定在0.0218~0.108 8 mg.mL-1与峰面积线性关系良好,相关系数为0.999 3,平均回收率为99.3%,RSD为2.2%。结论该方法准确、重复性好,可作为抗菌洗洁浓缩液质量控制的有效方法。Objective To establish the quality criteria for antibacterial concentrated lotion.Methods Acori Tatarinowii Rhizoma,Sophorae Flavescentis Radix,and Artemisiae Argyi Folium in the lotion were identified by TLC,and the content of matrine was determined by HPLC.Lichrospher NH2 column was used at 30 ℃,acetonitrile and monopotassium phosphate solution(80∶20)were used as the mobile phase at 1.0 mL·min-1,and the wavelength of UV detector was 220 nm.Results The TLC spots developed were fairly clear,the linear range of calibration curve was 0.021 8-0.108 8 mg·mL-1 for the matrine(r=0.999 3),and the average recovery was 99.3 % with RSD=2.2%.Conclusion The method is accurate,reproducible and can effectively control the preparation.
