摘  要:目的建立丹参五波长HPLC指纹图谱,用三级系统指纹定量法鉴定丹参整体质量。方法采用RP-HPLC法,以丹酚酸B(SAB)为参照物,于254、265、280、290、326 nm下检测,分别确定了45、48、39、36、21个共有指纹峰,建立了丹参五波长HPLC指纹图谱。分别以权重法、均值法和投影参数法整合五波长下各样品的定性定量全信息,基于综合信息用三级系统指纹定量法鉴定10个产地丹参的质量等级。结果 8批药材质量基本合格,2批药材质量明显不合格。结论基于多波长整合图谱的三级系统指纹定量法能够对中药系统的化学指纹进行整体定性、定量分析,是评价中药质量的便捷有效方法,可作为丹参质量控制的依据。Objective To establish 5 wavelength HPLC fingerprints of Radix et rhizoma salviae miltiorrhiza(RRSM) and identify their quality by the third systematic quantified fingerprint method(TSQFM).Methods The chromatographic fingerprints(CFPs) were developed by reversed-phase HPLC,in which 45,48,39,36 and 21 co-possessing peaks were marked respectively under detection of 254,265,280,290,and 326 nm,by choosing salvianolic acid B(SAB) peak as the referential peak.The 5 wavelength HPLC fingerprints of RRSM were established.Weight method,average method and project parameter method were used respectively to integrate different chemical qualitative and quantitative information from the 5 wavelength fingerprints of different samples.The quality of RRSM from 10 habitats were identified by TSQFM based on the comprehensive information.Results Eight batches of RRSM were completely qualified and the other 2 batches were obviously unqualified.Conclusion TSFQM based on the multiple wavelength fingerprints can conduct the overall qualitative and quantitative analyses of the traditional Chinese medicine fingerprints,and can briefly and effectively identify the quality of TCM.The method is reliable to evaluate the quality of RRSM.
