高职物业管理专业实训教学体系的构建与研究

摘　　要：物业管理专业是一门实践性、应用性较强的专业,实践教学在整个教学体系中占有很重要的地位。物业管理专业实践教学体系的建立应以强化学生能力培养为根本,以基础实践、专业实践、综合实践三个阶段为递进顺序,以课程实验、课程设计、课程论文、教学实习、生产实习和毕业顶岗实习(设计)系列为主要内容,实现全过程实践、全过程质量监控的实践教学体系构架。Property Management is a practical,major,practical teaching plays an important role in the whole educational system.Property Management,Practice teaching system should be established by strengthening the ability of students training as a fundamental,taking the order of basic practice,professional practice,integrated practice for the progressive,using experimental curriculum,curriculum design,course work,teaching practice,practice and production graduation internships（design） series as the main content,to achieve the whole process of teaching practice and quality control system architecture.
