氨苄青霉素在鸡体内代谢动力学的研究

摘　　要：雅安本地鸡11只,一次肌肉注射氨苄青霉素20mg/2g,血药浓度用荧光分光光度法测定,激发波/发射波波长为360/430mu。用MCPKP程序在IBM机上处理。动力学参数:其中八只鸡的半衰期为0.98小时,峰时为0.33小时。峰值为4.5ug/ml,血液中有效浓度维持时间为5.44小时;其中三只鸡的吸收相半衰期为0.02小时,分布相半衰期为0.34小时,消除相半衰期为2.51小时,峰时为0.12小时,峰值为10.93ug/ml,血液中有效浓度维持时间为10.54小时。Pharmacokinetics of ampicillin for injections intramuscular were studied in healthy adult hens. A single dose(20mg/kg) of the drug was administered. Blood samples were collected at 0,.008, 0.17, 0.25, 0.5, 0.75, 1, 2, 3, 4, and 6 hours. The samples were determined by fluorometric method. The data were in accordance with one-compartment open model or two-compartment open model with first order absorption. The main kinetic parameters of ampicillin were determined,
