摘　　要：通过对安徽省五河县选举后村务管理制度的考察与分析,认为该县积极探索并普遍推行的村民民主听证质询制度,促进了乡村社会治理结构的转型,扩大了村民政治参与的范围,建立了利益表达的制度平台,成为选举后村务民主管理的有效机制。Through the investigation and analysis of the village affairs management after election in Wuhe county of Anhui province,the paper concludes that the villages＇ democratic attending and questioning system actively explored and popularly practiced in the county has promoted the transformation of villages＇ social management structure,broadened the scope of villagers＇ political participation,constructed a system platform of expressing interests,and become an effective mechanism of post-election democratic management of village affairs.
