摘　　要：为进一步促进投资便利化,本文对资本金结汇改革提出框架构想及基本思路,并对改革方案进行具体设计,在分析推进资本金结汇制度改革的主要瓶颈的基础上,从政策和系统方面提出建议,以改进和完善外商投资企业外汇资本金结汇管理。To further facilitate the foreign investment,the paper sets up a framework and guidelines for the reform of foreign exchange capital fund settlement.Based on the study of bottleneck faced by the reform of foreign exchange capital fund settlement,this paper designs a reform plan to improve the administration of foreign exchange capital fund settlement by foreign investment enterprise in terms of policy and system.
