摘　　要：本文分析了日益引起国内各方关注的地方政府投融资平台风险问题,在借鉴发达国家经验模式的基础上,从风险识别、债务管理、偿债机制、完善法律等方面提出了防范和化解我国地方政府债务风险的对策建议。To deal with the risks in local government-backed financing vehicles which were caught increasing concerns,this paper introduced experiences of advanced countries and set forth suggestion in preventing and handling local government-backed financing vehicles,such as risk identification,debts management,repayment mechanism,and legislative system.
