摘　　要：政党适应性是政党顺应内外环境变化进行组织与策略的调整,从而更好地维护其核心利益的一种手段。中国共产党在各个时期干部选拔标准的演变便是政党适应性的一种具体表现。随着不同历史时期内外环境的变化,党的干部选拔标准也在不断地调整和规范。在挑战与机遇并存的当代,干部选拔依然是党顺利实现执政目标过程中关键的一环。The adaptability of political party is the adjustment of organization and tactics which is carried on by the political party to comply with the change of inside and outside environment and it＇s a method which can safeguard its core interests better.The evolvement of China Communist Party＇s cadre selection criteria in each period is a concrete display of the adaptability of political party.With the change of inside and outside environment in different historical period,Party＇s cadre selection criteria also carry out unceasing adjustment and standardization.At contemporary era,when challenge and opportunity exist simultaneously,the cadre selection is still a key link which can make the Party accomplish its goal in power smoothly.
