摘  要:以TiCl4为原料、粉煤灰微珠为载体,采用反相微乳液法制备了负载型TiO2光催化剂,讨论了负载对TiO2光催化剂的性能的影响。用热分析仪(DSC-TGA)测定了前躯体的热解行为,通过X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、红外光谱仪(FTIR)对催化剂的物相、形貌及特征官能团进行表征,并用可见分光光度计测定甲基橙的降解率。结果表明:焙烧温度为550℃时,负载型TiO2光催化剂为锐钛矿与金红石混合型,且微珠表面形成一层连续、均匀的薄膜。甲基橙催化降解实验表明:负载型TiO2催化剂对甲基橙的降解率在90min内达到49%,明显高于未负载型光催化剂。Supported TiO2 photocatalyst was prepared by reverse microemulsion,with TiCl4 as raw material,cenosphere as carrier.Effect of loading on performance of TiO2 photocatalyst was discussed.The pyrolysis behavior of the precursors was characterized by differential scanning calorimetric-thermo-gravimetric analysis(DSC-TGA).The crystal structure,morphology,functional groups of the samples were characterized respectively by X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),Fourier transform infrared spectrometer(FTIR).The degradation rate of methyl orange was measured by spectrophotometer.The results showed that the samples are the mixture of anatase and rutile,when the precursor calcined at 550 ℃.A layer of continuous film evenly covers the beads surface.Catalytic degradation experiments showed that methyl orange degradation rate of the samples reaches 49% in 90 min utes,which is obviously bigger than TiO2 photocatalyst.
