摘　　要：为从源头上解决花生霉菌污染问题,对三种不同剥壳模式下的花生籽仁进行霉菌调查研究。结果表明,花生籽仁中霉菌数量与剥壳模式有关,通过改变现有剥壳模式来解决霉菌污染问题是切实可行的。In order to solve the problem of mold contamination in peanut kernels from the source,the mold concentration in the peanut kernel with three different shelling mode were investigated.The results showed that the mold concentration was related to the shelling mode.To solve the problem of mold contamination by changing present shelling mode is obviously succeed.
