摘  要:为了研究预氧化工艺对预氧化织物的力学性能以及对活性炭纤维收率的影响,采用聚丙烯腈斜纹织物制备活性炭纤维布,通过XRD分析预氧化织物结构的变化并测定其环化度.通过正交实验对预氧化织物的性能进行分析,实验结果表明:预氧化温度对预氧化织物的力学性能及环化度起主导作用,其次是预氧化时间和织物的收缩率;同时,得出制备预氧化织物的最佳工艺:预氧化温度250℃,预氧化时间30 min,织物的收缩率为15%.To study the influence of pre-oxidation process on the mechanical properties of pre-oxidized fabrics and the yield of activated carbon fiber,activated carbon fibers were prepared from twill fabrics of polyacrylonitrile(PAN).The structural changes of pre-oxidized fabrics were analyzed by XRD,and the degree of cyclization was also tested.Properties of pre-oxidized fabrics were analyzed with orthogonal experiment.The results show that the oxidation temperature plays a dominant role in the mechanical properties of pre-oxidized fabrics and the degree of cyclization.The less dominating factors are pre-oxidation time and shrinkage ratio of fabrics.Meanwhile,the best conditions of preparation for pre-oxidized fabrics are as follows:pre-oxidation temperature of 250 ℃,pre-oxidation time of 30 min and the shrinkage rate of fabric of 15%.
