摘　　要：基于过程控制的思想并依据有关测量标准和实践经验,分析了影响三坐标测量机测量结果的因素,探讨了三坐标测量机具体的测量策略.操作者具备足够的操作技能,注意选择标定合格的测量机和测量环境,尤其是要采取正确的测量策略,相应地就能获得高质量的测量数据.It is vital to apple CMM to measuring parts correctly,for rapid accurate and credible data acquisition.Based on the ideas of Process Control and the related measurement standard and practical experience.The factors affecting the CMM measurement results are analysed and the specific measurement strategies of CMM approached.The operator needs to master the proper operating skills,pay attention to choose Calibration of qualified CMM and measuring environment,especially adopt the correct measuring strategy,thus high quality measurement data can be obtained.
