摘 要:介绍了熏烟热处理窑的结构以及熏烟热处理技术的定义、特点及其基础理论,并对日本应用熏烟热处理技术在日本落叶松(Larix kaempferi)、日本冷杉(Abies firma)、油棕(Elaeis gunieensis)以及速生材柳杉(Cryptomeria fortunei)等方面所做的研究进行了概括;对熏烟热处理后的木材尺寸稳定性、耐久性、物理力学性能的改善进行了综述;对我国应用熏烟热处理技术在竹炭生产以及杨木胶合板方面所做的初步研究进行了介绍,并对熏烟热处理技术未来的发展方向和在我国的发展空间进行了展望。Presentation was made on the structure of smoke heating treatment furnace as well as on the definition, characteristics and the related fundamental theory of smoke heating treatment technology. Summaries were carried out on application of the technology in Japan to wood of Japanese larch(Larix kaempferi ), Momi fir(Abies firma) , Oil palm(Elaeis gunieensis) and Japanese cedar(Cryptomeria japonica). Description was conducted on improvement of dimensional stability, durability, and physical properties of the wood processed by smoke heating treatment technology, including preliminary research on applying this technology to bamboo charcoal production and poplar plywood in China. Prospects of smoke heating treatment technology in China were described.
