摘 要:为适应优质肉鸡消费需求由数量型向质量型转化,本研究在中国地方优良鸡种石岐杂基础上,主要针对繁殖性状、体重和体型外貌,采用半同胞选配模式进行了3个世代的选育。第3代核心群(公鸡300羽、母鸡1 511羽)鸡只主要性能指标:50%开产日龄153 d,初生重、56日龄公母鸡平均体重和开产体重分别为35.2、935.8和2 027 g,71周龄产蛋量179枚,饲料报酬3:1,受精率和孵化率分别为90.5%和79.3%。核心群开产日龄提早,产蛋量提高,保持了原石岐杂品种体型外貌,遗传稳定性和整齐度也得到一定提高,标志着早熟高繁优质石岐杂鸡新品系(C系)选育成功。In order to adapt the housing market consumption demand on the yellow feather chicken for the transform from the quantity to quality,we selected through three generations by the main method of half-sibs inbreeding,aimed to improve the laying performance and sexual maturation in Shiqiza-chicken.The main production performance indexes of nucleus group(300 roosters and 1511 hens come from 3-generation)were as follows:the age at first laying of 50%hens,153-days;average body weight at birth,56 days and 1- eggs were 35.2,935.8 and 2 027 grespectively;the cumulative egg production at the age of 71 weeks,179;feed conversion efficiency (deed/gain) was 3:1;the egg of fertility rate and hatching rate were 90.5%and 79.3%respectively.After selection,this population was consistent with original characteristics,the age of first egg was decreased and the egg laying amount was increased,and also improved the homogeneity and hereditary stability,which indicated the successful of the selection of early-maturity and high production of the new line(named C line).
