摘  要:研究为明确德国甘菊(German Chamomile)蒸馏水的有机成分,以确立其应有的应用价值,采用在上海种植的德国甘菊干花朵,使用水蒸气蒸馏装置,在油水分离器下层获取德国甘菊蒸馏水,选用弱极性大孔树脂SP70与非极性大孔树脂HZ801分别对其进行静态吸附-解吸,去除有机溶剂后进行GC-MS分析并与德国甘菊精油成分对比。结果表明:一、德国甘菊蒸馏水中除了含有精油中的主要成分斯巴醇、氧化红没药醇、母菊奠、金合欢烯等成分外还有一些水溶性成分如芹菜素、薄荷醇等也在蒸馏水中检出。二、大孔树脂SP70吸附的蒸馏水成分种类远多于HZ801,但HZ801对烷烃类具有较好的吸附效果。以上结论为德国甘菊蒸馏水的保健价值开发提供理论依据,并为建立该类产品标准提供参考依据。This study try to clear the organic components in hydrosol of German Chamomile in order to establish the proper care of its application value.Distil the dried flowers of German Chamomile which is planted in Shanghai by the equipment for hydrodistillation and collect the hydrosol which is lower in the oil-water separator,static adsorption-desorption the hydrosol use the weak polar macroporous resin SP70 and non polar macroporous resin HZ801,analyze hydrosol of German Chamomile by GC-MS and contrast with essential oil of German Chamomile after removal organic solvent.Result:1.Besides Bisabolone oxide,Chamzulene and farnesene ect. are in both of hydrosol and essential oil of German chamomile,Apigenin and mentho which are water-solubility were also found in hydrosol of German chamomile.2.Macroporous resin SP70 is better than HZ801 in absorb total number of components type but macroporous resin HZ801 has better adsorption for Alkanes.
