邓小平时期的首脑外交研究

摘　　要：改革开放后,中国把争取和平作为对外政策的首要任务,首脑外交也随之活跃起来。本文运用描述性定量分析方法,利用可获得的数据,探讨邓小平时期首脑外交所呈现的变化趋势。通过对首脑互访在历史频数分布、地区分布和国家分布三个方面的分析可以看出,邓小平时期首脑外交在数量上比改革开放前有了大幅度的增加。其中,亚洲始终是中国外交的重点,欧洲(特别是西欧)在中国总体外交布局中的地位不断上升,与非洲、美洲和大洋洲国家的首脑互访稳步增长。总体来看,邓小平时期中国的首脑外交得到了恢复并初步显现出全方位的迹象。Since the Reform and Opening up,the utmost task of China＇s foreign policy is to win over a peaceful environment,and the summit diplomacy appears to be active.This article discusses the change tendency of the summit diplomacy of Deng＇s era by descriptive qualitative method.Through the analysis of distribution of frequency,region and country,we find that Asia is throughout the emphasis of China diplomacy;Europe,especially west Europe,becomes more and more important;the summit visits with Arica,America and Oceania increases steadily.Overall,the summit diplomacy of Deng＇s era resumes and appears the all-directional foreign policy initially.
