摘 要:研究了盆栽条件下苏打盐碱胁迫对水稻品种长白9号穗部性状及产量构成的影响。结果表明:盐碱胁迫对稻穗2次枝梗数、2次枝梗上的颖花数、2次枝梗上的实粒数的影响达显著水平(P<0.05),随盐碱胁迫程度的增加,2次枝梗数、2次枝梗上的颖花数和2次枝梗上的实粒数呈明显降低趋势;相关分析表明,盐碱胁迫下穗上的2次枝梗数是对单穗产量贡献的最大因子;方差分析结果表明,盐碱胁迫使长白9号产量显著降低,其降低的主要原因是盐碱胁迫使穗的总颖花数、穗粒数减少。因此,盐碱地种植长白9号在孕穗期要加强水肥调控,尽量增加水稻的颖花数,减少2次枝梗退化。Studied on panicle traits and yield components of rice variety Changbai9 in pot following soda saline-sodic stress.The results showed that with soda saline-sodic stress increased amount of secondary branches,grains of secondary branches,ripened grains of secondary branches were significantly decreased.Amount of secondary branches on panicle was considered as the most important effecting factor for single panicle yield.Yield of Changbai9 were significantly reduced due to total amount of spike decreased under saline-sodic stress.Therefore,water and fertilizer regulation was more important to increase number of florets on panicle and decrease degradation of secondary branches at Changbai9 booting stage under saline-sodic environments.
