摘　　要：目的探讨肾动脉栓塞治疗外伤所致肾出血的临床疗效。方法 16例外伤所致肾出血患者,临床主要表现为肉眼血尿。采用Seldinger技术穿刺成功后,将导管选择至肾动脉行DSA检查,明确肾动脉损伤的部位及范围,用明胶海绵颗粒和(或)弹簧圈对损伤动脉进行栓塞。结果 16例患者均一次性栓塞成功,栓塞结束后行DSA检查均未见造影剂外溢。术后无一例发生严重并发症,肉眼血尿于1-4天后逐渐消失。结论肾动脉栓塞治疗外伤所致肾出血是一种微创、安全、有效、能最大程度保护肾组织的方法,应作为临床的首选治疗方法。Object：To discuss the clinical effect of renal artery embolization for traumatic renal hemorrhage.Methods：Sixteen cases with traumatic renal hemorrhage had the clinical appearance of hematuria.All cases were used the skill of Seldinger and performed renal angiography to ensure the rupture site and degree of renal artery.Gelfoam and or steel coils were used to embolize the rupture artery.Results：Sixteen cases were embolized successfully,and vextravasation staining disappear after the embolization without severe complications.Urine with macroscopic hematuria disappeared 1-4 days after embolization.Conclusions：Renal artery embolization for traumatic renal hemorrhage is a kind of method which is minimally invasive,safe,effective and maximal preservation of renal tissue and function.It should be the first choice for traumatic renal hemorrhage.
