摘　　要：目的分析和探讨经皮穿刺椎体成型术治疗老年性骨质疏松性压缩性骨折的诊断,治疗的适应证及相关技术。方法回顾性分析经皮穿刺椎体成型术治疗50例患者64节椎体骨质疏松性压缩性骨折的椎体的术后疗效。结果 58节椎体采用单侧椎弓根入路的椎体成型术,6节椎体采用双侧椎弓根入路的椎体成型术治疗均获成功,术后2h及1d疼痛即明显缓解,术中注射骨水泥平均为5.2ml,有2节椎旁静脉丛有细条样骨水泥外渗,1节椎体后软组织内小条状漏出(经小切口钳出)。50例64节椎体经皮穿刺椎体成型术是治疗老年骨质疏松性压缩性骨折的有效方法。Objective To analyze and determine the indication and the relative technology of percutaneous vertebroplasties in treating vertebral body compression fractures in old patients with osteoporosis.Methods To review and analyze percutanteous vertebroplasties performed because of osteoporotic compression fractures.Results The procedures were successful in 58 vertebroplasty via a unipedicular after 2 hours or 1day.The cement injected in the operations averaged 5.2 ml,including 2 small sample perivertebral venous plexus leakage,1 strip paravertebral soft tissues leakage（clamped via small incision） without any complication.Conclusions Percutsaneous vertebroplasty is an effective approach for osteoporotic vertebral body compression fractures in old patients.
