介入治疗输卵管阻塞不孕症的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨介入法对输卵管阻塞不孕症的诊断及治疗效果。方法对62例经子宫输卵管造影检查诊断为输卵管阻塞的不孕症患者,在X线透视监视下,用导丝经宫腔行介入性输卵管疏通术。结果完全性阻塞17例34条输卵管中31条获得再通,再通成功率为91.2%。一年内妊娠率52.9%,异位妊娠率11.8%,输卵管再闭率12.9%,不完全阻塞45例85条输卵管全部获得再通,在一年内妊娠率为64.4%,异位妊娠率6.67%,输卵管再闭率3.64%。结论介入性输卵管再通术对输卵管阻塞性不孕具有诊断和治疗双重作用,并且安全、有效。Objective To investigate the effect of the interventional recanalization for infertile women with tubal obstruction.Methods 62 infertile patients with fallopian tubes obstruction diagnosed by hysterosalpingography,under X-ray fluoroscopy surveillance,were treated with interventional tubal recanalization.Results Among 17 patients with complete fallopian tubes obstruction,there are 31 recanalization in the fallopian tubes and the successful of rate was 91.2%.These patients pregnancy rates was 52.9% in one year and ectopic pregnancy rate was 11.8%,and the second fallopian tube obstruction rate 12.1%.Among 45 patients with not complete fallopian tubes obstruction,there are 85 fallopian tubes obstruction treated with interventional tubal recannalization.The pregnancy rates of these patients was 64.4% in one yare and ectopic pregnancy rate 6.67%,and the second fallopian tube obstruction rate 3.64%.Conclusion Interventional tubal recanalization has dual effects in the diagnosis and treatment for infertile women with fallopian tube obstruction,and this method is safe and effective.
