摘　　要：目的对于胃十二指肠恶性病变引起的梗阻进行介入治疗的护理。方法经口或鼻置入胃十二指肠支架。结果 4例胃十二指肠恶性病变引起的梗阻患者均成功置入胃十二指肠支架。结论使用胃十二指肠支架成形治疗能有效缓解胃、十二指梗阻,迅速恢复饮食,提高了晚期肿瘤患者的生活质量,延长了生命。Objective：To explore the nursing of Gastroduodenal stent placement in patients with malignant gastroduodenal obstruction.Methods：Stomach and duodenum stent was placed through mouth or nose.Results：Stents were successfully implanted in 4 cases of malignant gastroduodenal obstruction.Conclusion：Stomach and duodenal stenting can effectively relieve the stomach,duodenal obstruction,rapid recovery of food,improve the quality of life in patients with advanced tumors and prolong lives.
