摘　　要：目的探讨先天性肺动脉瓣狭窄介入治疗的护理。方法采用球囊导管扩张术治疗肺动脉瓣狭窄(PS)43例。结果 43例患者41例获得成功,成功率96%。结论采用球囊导管扩张术治疗肺动脉瓣狭窄(PS)因其手术时间短、术后恢复快、住院时间短。Objective：To investigate the care of interventional treatment of congenital pulmonary stenosis.Methods：Balloon catheter dilation of pulmonary valve stenosis（PS）was done in 43 cases.Results：Success was achieved in 41 cases,the success rate was 96%.Conclusion：Balloon catheter dilation to treat pulmonary valve stenosis（PS） has short operation time,rapid postoperative recovery,shorter hospital stay,without thoracotomy and by patients of all ages.
